Week 4 of PLYOCIDE.
02-28-12 (Tues) I was physically not really ready for this workout. Not sure if I didn’t sleep well—but I couldn’t push as much as I would have liked. Mentally I was pumped, but my body didn’t cooperate! But overall, a great workout! Hope this encourages you to start on some fitness goals, if you haven’t already! ;)

02-23-12 X2 Yoga. NOT my fave. LOL Still can’t get used to these Yoga poses. I do understand all the benefits, so I’m committed! I’m even doing a Yoga class today, maybe that will spark a liking… ;)

(02-24-12) Today I decided to go back to an Insanity workout. I will do X2 Total Body this afternoon. I really wanted to get some good Cardio in this morning! LOVED IT!!!!!!!

As you can see, I’m behind on my P90x2 video journey… Been so busy—there’s now 3 new videos published today. Felt good finally uploading them on Youtube! ;)
This video is X2 Core. This was my Monday workout (02-20-12) my third week. I love this one, super fun! You will continue to see modifications…but it’s all good! Modifying brings us towards intensifying. So, I’ll get there! Be encouraged!!! If I can do it, YOU CAN!!
